Job summary

Recruit Express Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an entry-level freight forwarding trainee to learn end-to-end import shipments and customer coordination. Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end import shipments — from pre-alert to final delivery — under guidance from experienced team members
• Learn to process shipment data and manage shipment status updates through our operational systems
• Support customer accounts by responding to shipment inquiries and resolving day-to-day issues
• Assist with permit documentation, billing support, and operational reporting
• Build working knowledge of import customs processes, cargo handling, and industry compliance requirements
