Job summary

Qualifications

• ITE qualification in IT, CS, or engineering.
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with programming, data analytics, AI, or automation is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong interest in AI, technology, and process improvement.
• Good problem-solving skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily IT support, hardware, software, and system maintenance.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Assist with IT equipment setup, inventory, and documentation.
• Support IT initiatives in cybersecurity, programming, data analytics, AI, and automation.
• Explore and assist with AI and automation solutions to improve IT operations and business processes.
• Assist with data analysis and IT projects as directed by the supervisor.
