Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Freight forwarding or logistics experience is an added advantage.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through daily outbound calls and client engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through phone and face-to-face communication.
• Understand client requirements and negotiate pricing, service terms and solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, and conduct timely follow-ups to convert leads.
• Handle client enquiries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
• Collaborate with Operations and Pricing teams to ensure timely shipment execution.
• Maintain accurate client, quotation and sales pipeline records in CRM and quoting systems.
• Support other business development and sales activities as assigned by supervisor.
