Qualifications

• Knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics operations, and supply chain processes.

• Understanding of Incoterms, customs clearance, and shipping docs.
• Sales-driven mindset with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for freight transport services (air, sea, land).
• Identify new opportunities and generate leads via market research, networking, and meetings.
• Build relationships with shippers, consignees, brokers, agents, and partners.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and service agreements for clients.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth shipments and on-time delivery.
• Negotiate rates and terms with customers and vendors.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to drive improvements.
• Manage key accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and forecasts for review.
