The position requires researching, cold calling, networking and industry event participation to secure leads, prepare quotations and RFQs, and monitor sales pipelines and forecasts for senior management.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in Logistics & Container Shipping
• Experience in import/export and cross-trade operations
• Experience with SME clients and target verticals (Agriculture, FMCG, Metals, Chemicals)
• Self-motivated, target-driven hunter with proven sales track record
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office

Aufgaben

• Drive new customer acquisition and build a strong portfolio across target verticals.
• Identify leads via research, cold calling, networking and industry events.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence.
• Prepare competitive quotations, pricing proposals and RFQs while maintaining margin.
• Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to ensure service feasibility and execution quality.
• Monitor and report sales pipelines, forecasts and conversion metrics to management.
