Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; professional certification (CA/CPA) is a plus.
• More than 3 years of experience in financial analytics or strategic business roles.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
• Proficiency in ERP and reporting tools (Oracle, Tagetik preferred).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust financial models, analyze business performance, and deliver actionable insights.
• Track operating costs and capital expenditures, ensuring alignment with budgets.
• Utilize data analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide timely reporting.
