Job summary

WIZ.AI is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to grow our business with Southeast Asia’s leading multi-country groups, including digital banks, fintechs, e-commerce and travel platforms. You will own the full sales cycle from first meeting to signed contract, go-live and expansion, engaging stakeholders across multiple functions.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in B2B enterprise sales, 5+ years in SaaS/AI solutions and a proven ability to close complex multi-country deals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B enterprise sales, including 5+ years selling SaaS, AI, CPaaS / contact-centre or fintech solutions.
• Track record of closing complex, multi-country deals with large enterprises in Southeast Asia.
• Ability to land and expand within large multi-country groups across markets and use cases.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute account plans for named strategic prospects and new business units.
• Generate and qualify pipeline; engage stakeholders across business, risk, marketing, procurement, IT and legal.
• Lead solution presentations, ROI cases, proposals and POCs with product and engineering teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms and drive contracts (MSA, SOW, DPA) through onboarding and legal review.
• Own project milestones until go-live; coordinate product, telecom and engineering teams and elevate risks early.
• Run QBRs and performance reviews with customers and drive expansion to new markets and use cases.
• Keep pipeline and forecasts accurate in the CRM.
• Bring customer needs back to product teams to shape the AI agent roadmap.
