Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Services Business Development to drive end-to-end services opportunities with financial institutions, commercial issuers and ecosystem participants across Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines. The role partners with regional teams to craft data-driven solutions spanning consulting, analytics, loyalty and security services.

Qualifications

• Experience with financial institutions, especially SME Banking.
• Proven ability to monetize senior client relationships.
• Consulting and data-driven solution selling background preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level influence.
• Strategic, proactive, high-energy, customer-centric behavior.
• MBA or postgraduate degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain Services revenue opportunities with SME and Commercial issuers, acquirers and ecosystem participants across Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines.
• Work with regional market teams to identify Services opportunities.
• Foster strong relationships with client executives and Mastercard stakeholders that tie to ROI and value creation.
• Develop creative business solutions across consulting, insights and analytics, Test & Learn, loyalty, marketing services and security solutions.
• Manage sales pipeline and advance opportunities to approvals and delivery, with ongoing post-sale engagement.
• Identify customer risk and opportunity signals; develop strategies to mitigate erosion.
