Qualifications

• Experience in digital and consultative sales with senior client stakeholders.
• Innovation background including digital and AI transformation.
• Experience in digital assets is a plus.
• MBA is preferred but can be substituted for strong experience.
• Consulting experience from a top-rated firm.

Responsibilities

• Work with broader Services sales organization to access client needs and strategic agenda; use Services Innovation capabilities to differentiate and expand Mastercard Innovation business.
• Lead key regional and local innovation initiatives to grow the Services P&L.
• Support rest of the Services sales team on end-to-end sales efforts from research and storyboarding to client presentations and contract signing.
• Bring in new thought leadership to establish Services brand across key customer stakeholders.
• Work with Delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of innovation projects sold.
• Achieve sales targets responsibly and ethically, and with customer needs in mind.
• Build and inculcate relationships to become a trusted advisor to Senior/Executive level clients.
