Job summary

Mastercard Inc. in Singapore seeks a Director, Services Business Development (Innovation & Digital Assets) to lead the Services Incubator agenda, driving innovation in Digital Assets services across Asia Pacific.

The role blends strategy, sales leadership and client engagement. Key focus areas include building new offerings, accelerating go-to-market with senior client stakeholders and guiding delivery teams to successful implementations.

Qualifications

Innovation background with digital and AI transformation experience.
Experience in digital assets would be a plus.
Experience in digital and consultative sales with senior client stakeholders.
Ability to develop compelling sales narratives and close deals.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Work with Services sales to identify client needs and expand Mastercard Innovation with new products and partners.
Lead regional and local innovation initiatives to grow the Services P&L.
Support the Services sales team from research to client presentations and contract signing.
Bring in new thought leadership to build Services brand with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with Delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of innovation projects.
Achieve sales targets ethically with customer-centric focus.
Build relationships to become a trusted advisor to senior/executive clients.
