Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Business Development - Strategy & Performance in Singapore. You will support growth by servicing key client accounts, identifying new commercial opportunities, and delivering data-driven insights to inform market strategies.

You will collaborate with the Singapore Country Manager and cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations and drive incremental business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capabilities, commercial acumen, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities, with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
• Proven track record in business development, account management, or client-facing roles.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client and market initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality outcomes on time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare account plans and support the development and execution of account strategies.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and generate incremental business.
• Structure customised pitches, propositions, and proposals based on client needs and data-driven insights.
• Support onboarding of new clients and activation of new products, services, and joint marketing initiatives.
• Own and coordinate activities within execution plans to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into commercially relevant solutions.
