Job summary

Mastercard Singapore seeks a Director, Services Business Development (Innovation & Digital Assets) to drive the innovation agenda within the Services Incubator, focusing on Digital Assets across Asia Pacific.

You will lead regional initiatives, collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to shape client strategies, and build executive relationships to close opportunities while upholding Mastercard's standards.

Qualifications

Innovation background including digital and AI transformation, UI/UX design, design thinking, Gen AI.
Experience in digital and consultative sales and managing senior client stakeholders.
Ability to develop compelling sales narratives and close deals.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
MBA is preferred but can be substituted for strong experience in the above topics.
Consulting experience from a top-rated consulting firm.

Responsibilities

Access client needs and strategic agenda using Services Innovation capabilities.
Lead regional and local innovation initiatives to grow the Services P&L.
Support Services sales with research, storytelling, and client presentations.
Bring thought leadership to establish Services brand with stakeholders.
Collaborate with Delivery teams for successful implementation of projects.
Achieve sales targets ethically with customer-centric approach.
Build trusted advisory relationships with senior executives.
