Job summary

Mastercard Singapore is seeking a Director, Services Business Development (Innovation & Digital Assets) to lead the Services Incubator agenda across Asia Pacific, driving innovation and digital asset services with enterprise clients.

You will partner with global Services sales, Delivery, and clients to shape strategic opportunities, build trusted advisory relationships, and ensure successful delivery of innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Innovation background with digital transformation, AI, UX, design thinking.
• Experience selling to senior client stakeholders in digital assets is a plus.
• Ability to develop compelling sales narratives and influence deals.
• MBA preferred, or equivalent strong experience in the topics above.
• Consulting experience from a top firm and a hunter mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional innovation initiatives to grow the Services P&L.
• Collaborate with Services sales to define client needs and strategic agendas.
• Support end-to-end sales efforts from research to contract signing.
• Build thought leadership to establish Mastercard Services brand with clients.
• Work with Delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of projects.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior executive clients.
