Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage Services revenue opportunities with SME and Commercial issuers, acquirers and ecosystem participants.
• Collaborate with regional teams to identify Services opportunities in target markets.
• Build credibility with CEOs and senior leaders to drive ROI and sustained value.
• Develop innovative service solutions across consulting, analytics, loyalty, marketing and security domains.
• Oversee sales pipeline, move opportunities through approval and delivery lifecycle.
• Monitor customer risk signals and devise strategies to mitigate erosion.
