Job Summary

The role is accountable for defining and executing the global applications strategy, ensuring that core platforms and related solutions are reliable, secure, cost‑effective, and tightly aligned to business objectives. The role drives standardization, simplification, and modernization of the application landscape while enabling digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio of business applications ERP, CRM, HCM, PRM, Data platform, including roadmap, lifecycle, and total cost of ownership.
• Shape and maintain the multi‑year applications strategy and architecture in line with overall business and IT strategy, including cloud/SaaS adoption and integration.
• Lead global design, implementation, enhancement, and rollout of major application programs and transformations, ensuring common processes and templates where feasible.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of business applications (availability, performance, support, releases, incident/problem/change management) through internal teams and partners.
• Ensure data integrity, integration, and governance across applications.
• Manage key vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing for strategic platforms.
• Champion the use of automation, analytics, and workflow tools to improve user experience, productivity, and process quality.
• Lead organizational change management for application initiatives, including communication, training, and adoption activities with business stakeholders.
• Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing Business Applications organization.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 12 to 15+ years in enterprise applications, with significant experience owning complex portfolios across multiple regions and functions.
• Proven track record leading large‑scale ERP/CRM/HCM or other core business system implementations and global rollouts.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business strategy into a coherent applications roadmap.
• Deep understanding of enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, D365, Workday, integration, data platforms and Power Platform).
• Strong leadership skills, including building and motivating global teams, setting direction, and driving accountability.
