Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an order fulfilment coordinator to support sales order processing and logistics operations. You will work with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment and accurate transactional activities.

The role requires 1–2 years in order fulfilment or logistics, knowledge of SAP or Asurix preferred, and strong attention to detail and professionalism. Marine/offshore exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• GCE A-Levels or its equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years’ relevant working experience in order fulfilment management or logistics operations preferably in Marine/Offshore industry
• Preferably with knowledge of SAP / Asurix

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order processing with internal parties to fulfill sales orders efficiently.
• Handle day to day transactional activities.
• Liaise with internal parties to resolve order fulfilment issues.
• Monitor pending orders and backlog statuses.
• Input cash sales orders and monitor back to back payment to supplier with finance.
• Handle local purchases for sales related orders.
• Negotiate price with supplier.
• Prepare cash voucher and CIPL.
• Process goods returns and monitor local indent funds.
• Any other tasks as assigned
