Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Service Coordinator to handle customer inquiries, order processing, scheduling, and invoicing across local and overseas clients. You will coordinate with engineers, sales and logistics to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Business or related field, 2–4 years in customer service or order management, and familiarity with SAP DW1.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Service Coordination.
• Good to have SAP DW1 experience especially on the service module.
• Exposure to engineering, medical device or technical service industries is advantageous.
• Good communication, coordination and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers' enquiries (product, maintenance, rental, price, delivery).
• Create new customer in system and screening of all partners.
• Liaise with customers and contractors on receiving equipment, rental, process orders in ERP, job scheduling, quotes, invoicing.
• Check stock availability with factory/suppliers.
• Administer PR for service tools – record, rental orders, liaise with supplier/logistics and verify invoices.
• Coordinate with purchaser, warehouse and delivery service providers to arrange customer order delivery.
• Monitor weekly open orders and unbilled transactions.
• Support Service Sales on contracts, rental and spares for local and overseas customers.
