Job summary

Cumberland - a DRW Company is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our token liquidity provision business globally from our Singapore office. You will source deal-flow, build a network of crypto-native partners, and own the project lifecycle from discussions through onboarding and post-trading go-live.

The role requires 3+ years in crypto sales/BD, a data-driven approach, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Sales or Business Development experience within the crypto industry.
• Proven track record in liquidity provision is highly preferred.
• High sense of urgency, self-motivation and entrepreneurship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source deal-flow from new and existing protocols requiring liquidity providers at centralized exchanges.
• Develop and utilize a network of crypto-native partners across multiple sectors.
• Own the lifecycle of a project from initial discussions through onboarding and post go-live.
• Work with the trading team to design and negotiate agreements.
• Represent Cumberland’s brand globally at conferences and industry events.
