Job summary

Cumberland – a DRW Company in Singapore seeks a Business Development Manager to expand the token liquidity provision business globally. You will identify and secure opportunities, manage end-to-end deal cycles, and work closely with the trading team to negotiate agreements.

The role demands 3+ years in crypto sales/BD, a strong ability to operate independently, and exceptional communication skills. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Sales or Business Development in the crypto industry.
• Proven track record in liquidity provision is highly preferred.
• High sense of urgency, self-motivation and entrepreneurship.
• Proven team-playing ability in fast-paced environments.
• Data-driven decision making and priority setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Well organized with strong multitasking capabilities.
• Initiative and experience driving projects to completion.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source deal-flow from new and existing protocols requiring liquidity providers at centralized exchanges.
• Develop and utilize a network of crypto-native partners across multiple sectors.
• Own the full lifecycle of a project from initial discussion to onboarding and go-live.
• Collaborate with trading to design and negotiate agreements.
• Represent Cumberland’s brand globally at conferences and events.
