Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Prime Brokerage.
• Established network within the CIS hedge fund and family office ecosystem.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and onboard top-tier institutional clients.
• Act as a strategic partner for institutional clients.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the CIS market.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape institutional offerings.
• Represent the exchange at industry events and forums.
