Job summary

Aquariux in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive software solution sales within the FX and CFD space. You will own go-to-market strategies, engage with clients, and build strong partnerships across accounts.

The role requires 3-5 years of BD experience, a degree in Business, and excellent communication in English. You will collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to tailor proposals and close strategic deals in a fast-paced consulting style.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management or related field.
• 3-5 years of Business Development experience.
• Exposure to FinTech & SaaS with emphasis on FX & CFD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence.
• Proficiency in English; other languages advantageous.
• Structured approach to Business Development & Sales.
• Good understanding of complex technology implementations.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive; ownership of objectives.
• Team player in a fast-paced consulting-style environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and propose integration methods for client engagements.
• Forge and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts (partners & customers).
• Proactively develop opportunities to sell software solutions to prospective clients within FX and CFD space.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contractual and commercial terms.
• Develop, steer and manage new software sales pipeline.
• Monitor and research market trends and developments.
• Participate in strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives.
• Develop and leverage the company’s branding and professional profile in coordination with Marketing.
