Job summary

PancakeSwap is expanding into a Liquidity Hub. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to own partnerships across tokenized equities, RWA infrastructure, and institutional liquidity channels. You will source, negotiate, integrate, and monitor partnerships, driving monthly volume growth.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in DeFi/crypto partnerships, a quantitative mindset for on-chain data, and the ability to lead multiple deals autonomously while mentoring junior BDs as the division grows.

• As the division matures, build and mentor a small team of BD managers under you

Business Development Manager (Liquidity Hub)

PancakeSwap is transitioning from the leading AMM DEX on BNB Chain to a full Liquidity Hub aggregating and managing liquidity from native AMM pools, institutional capital, and external distribution channels.

Institutional Liquidity + RWA + Distribution Channel Expansion

• Own tokenized stock and RWA issuer onboarding, market maker onboarding, and PancakeSwap X RFQ distribution into more channels
• Build PropAMM institutional pipeline. Primary metric: PancakeSwap X monthly trading volume, RWA issuers onboarded.
• Replace 1inch as the default aggregator API for wallets, trading venues, and DeFi protocols.

What you will do

What we are looking for

Required

• 3+ years of BD, partnerships, or growth in DeFi, crypto, or fintech with a track record of signed deals, not just pipeline
• Quantitative mindset: comfortable reading on-chain data, TVL/volume dashboards, and setting your own KPI targets from first principles
• Domain familiarity matching your division of interest: tokenized equities/RWA infrastructure and institutional market maker relationships; DEX aggregator mechanics, wallet/trading-venue integration flows, and rev-share/white-label deal structuring
• Autonomous and structured: able to manage multiple parallel deals with zero hand-holding, and communicate blockers early
