Job summary

Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) in Singapore is seeking a Client Service Manager within the Chief Client Office to directly support clients, coordinate with Product and Technology teams, and ensure high service levels across geographies. The role partners with Relationship Managers to vocalize client needs and deliver robust reporting and service reviews.

The CSM will engage with global stakeholders, support audits and risk management, and operate within a flexible hybrid model,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pro-actively manage client relationships with key contacts, promote MyDTCC to client, educating client in utilizing DTCC products and enhance DTCC client service experience.
• Act as the client's primary point of contact for Client Support squads and accountable for prioritization, escalation and resolution of all issues.
• Analyze, track and communicate client queries related to DTCC Product functionalities, transmission, submission and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review open issues and other product related commitments.
• Provide feedback in cross-functional meetings to ensure project strategy and operational risk is reviewed.
• Collaborate with regional & global stakeholders, learning and Marketing to promote awareness of client requirements.
• Identify and implement solutions based on feedback from Client Service meetings.
• Establish and improve working methodology with product delivery management in prioritizing client defects.
• Lead client issues prioritization and communications with global stakeholders.
• Drive and lead communication of changes due to regulatory activity.
• Establish a client service satisfaction methodology to assess and improve client satisfaction.
• Manage multiple technical relationships and projects simultaneously.
• Contribute to audits, risk management and business continuity.
• Assist with routine product development in functional system testing.
