Job summary

DTCC seeks a Client Service Manager to directly work with assigned clients, advocating for clients and ensuring high service levels. You will coordinate with Client Support, Product and technology teams, and drive regular service reviews with clients for DTCC GTR reporting requirements.

You will lead cross-functional engagements, monitor CMS cases in APAC, and collaborate with global stakeholders to improve reporting performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Experience in customer service and relationship management.
• Ability to lead in a global setting.
• Ability to identify processing risks and red flags.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and act as primary contact for Client Support squads.
• Prioritize, escalate, and resolve client issues during projects.
• Analyze client queries related to product functionalities and reporting.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review open issues.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to promote client requirements.
