Job summary

Flexxon PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Channel and Sales Business Development Manager to lead partner relationships, qualify leads, and drive deal registrations. You will coordinate with global field teams (AMER/LATAM) from our Singapore headquarters.

You will serve as the anchor for inside partner enablement, manage MDF allocations, and ensure alignment between partner growth and company sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for mid-tier partners, delivering virtual product walkthroughs, onboarding toolkits, and sales collateral.
• Proactively follow up on leads, assist partners with joint co-selling opportunities, and drive tier-2 partner engagement.
• Serve as an internal advocate for partner needs while aligning their growth with company sales goals.
• Act as HQ bridge between remote field managers (AMER/LATAM) and Singapore-based technical engineering and product teams for custom requests.
• Review and validate deal registrations in our CRM/PRM systems to enforce strict rules of engagement and prevent channel friction.
• Administer Market Development Funds (MDF) allocations, partner certification tracking, and proof-of-performance audits.
