Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank is seeking an experienced C&E Global Engagement Lead (Organisational Change Management) to develop and execute the Change & Enablement strategy within the S&T COO Transformation initiative. The role focuses on engagement, learning, communications, and change impact assessments to embed change across the organisation.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in complex global programmes, with PROSCI/Agile Change Management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading change management for global programmes.
• PROSCI or Agile Change Management certificates preferred.
• Experience in both consultancy and in-house Change Management teams.
• Ability to apply best-practice methodologies in real-world contexts.

Responsibilities

• Scope, plan and execute end-to-end C&E/OCM items within the plan, including CIA and TNA.
• Lead design and execution of communications, engagement activities, and learning plans.
• Guide outputs of consultants in line with SCB’s Change & Enablement playbooks.
• Partner with leaders and PMs to embed change and ensure stakeholder adoption.
• Ensure business readiness and align messaging across engagement, training, and knowledge management.
