Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation.
• Experience leading change activities in large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communications, impact assessment, and adoption planning.
• Ability to articulate value cases and develop business cases for people, process, and technology impacts.
• Passion for AI and proven use of AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall change management strategy and delivery for transformation programs.
• Design change interventions and business processes aligned with transformation objectives.
• Conduct organizational impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
• Analyze operating environments to identify change opportunities, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies across multiple groups.
• Create and deliver communication plans to drive awareness, understanding, and engagement.
• Design and oversee training, learning, and adoption activities.
• Implement programs and interventions that prepare the organization for change.
• Monitor adoption, readiness, and change effectiveness throughout the transformation lifecycle.
