Job summary

Adecco (Portugal) is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to drive a major organisational transformation within the CEO Office & Strategic Initiatives. The role centers on employee engagement, communications and business readiness to ensure a smooth transition across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include designing the change plan, assessing impact, coordinating communications, aligning with HR and business teams, and identifying training needs to support adoption at all levels

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in change management, business transformation or project management.
• Proven experience supporting organisational change or transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and engage effectively with senior management.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Experience in financial services or insurance is preferred.
• Change management certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the change management plan, including key activities, timelines and deliverables.
• Assess the impact of changes on employees, processes and ways of working.
• Develop and coordinate employee communications, FAQs, townhalls and engagement activities.
• Work closely with HR, Communications and business teams to ensure alignment and readiness.
• Identify training and awareness needs and coordinate relevant activities.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and provide regular updates to management.
• Support employee adoption of changes and address concerns throughout the transition.
