You will advise senior stakeholders and collaborate across functions to prepare organizations for sustainable transformation.

With 8+ years in change management, you will design interventions, lead readiness assessments, and drive adoption across diverse programs, leveraging AI tools to accelerate outcomes and value

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Change Management.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Transformation, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience leading change activities within large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management, communications, impact assessment, and adoption planning.
• Ability to articulate value cases and develop business cases that communicate people, process, and technology impacts of transformation initiatives.
• Passion for leveraging AI and applying AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, accelerate deliverable development, and drive change outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall change management strategy and delivery for transformation programs.
• Design change interventions and business processes aligned with transformation objectives.
• Conduct organizational impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
• Analyze current operating environments to identify change opportunities, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Create and deliver communication plans that drive awareness, understanding, and engagement.
• Design and oversee training, learning, and adoption activities.
• Implement programs and interventions that prepare the organization for change.
• Monitor adoption, readiness, and change effectiveness throughout the transformation lifecycle.
