- Lead end-to-end programme management for strategic initiatives, including governance and benefits tracking.
- Drive risk management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
- Develop roadmaps, monitor progress, and realise benefits across the organisation.
- Oversee change management, training, and transition of initiatives into BAU.
