Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank is seeking an experienced C&E Lead (Organisational Change Management) to develop and execute the Change & Enablement strategy within the CSP Governance Programme. You will build engagement, communications, and learning plans for diverse user groups across locations, ensuring adoption and sustained change with governance leadership from the C&E team.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of global change leadership, PROSCI certification, and a track record spanning

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leading change management for complex global programmes.
• Certifications in PROSCI or equivalent preferred; practical on-the-job application.
• Experience in both consultancy and in-house change management environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end C&E and OCM workstreams within the CSP Governance Programme.
• Design and execute engagement, communications, and learning programs for global stakeholders.
• Provide strategic and tactical guidance to drive adoption and benefits realization.
• Ensure consistency with SCB Change & Enablement playbooks and governance.
