Qualifications

• Comfortable in ambiguous environments and organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BPO services needs and optimize procurement processes to drive efficiency and lower cost.
• Define procurement and supply strategies with business owners to enable rapid scaling.
• Benchmark the BPO service category globally and select high-quality, cost-optimized vendors.
• Manage supplier performance, establish metrics, and drive competition and flexibility.
