Job summary

Responsibilities

• Focus on managing the Workplace Services category, ensuring smooth business operation in relevant service domain.
• Build category intelligence and insights by conducting deep-dive sourcing analysis and understanding the local market.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive RFPs, select qualified suppliers, and resolve purchasing issues.
• Provide end-to-end procurement support, including the P2P process (PR-Contract-PO-Payment), contract negotiation, and execution.
• Develop a robust vendor pool and conduct supplier performance management, including annual reviews and rate card renegotiations.
• Drive procurement efficiency by creating contract frameworks, rate cards, and catalog management.
• Establish a constructive and sustainable partnership with key business stakeholders and an in-depth understanding of supported business units.
