Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in IT-related procurement and supplier management.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with stakeholders in Mainland China.
• Deep insight into the APAC market.

Responsibilities

• Search for, develop, and integrate IT supplier resources including software, hardware, and data services.
• Establish data-driven procurement analysis and optimize management of IT resources.
• Identify and implement regional or global procurement strategies and processes.
• Promote cost optimization while ensuring compliance.
• Manage supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and high service quality.
