Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Focus on managing the Workplace Services category and ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct deep-dive sourcing analysis and build category intelligence.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to drive RFPs and select qualified suppliers.
• Support end-to-end procurement (PR-Contract-PO-Payment) including contract negotiations.
• Develop a qualified vendor pool and conduct supplier performance reviews.
• Drive procurement efficiency by creating contract frameworks, rate cards and catalog management.
• Build constructive partnerships with business units and understand their needs.
