Job summary

ByteDance seeks a Procurement Specialist in Singapore to manage the Workplace Services category across APAC. You will drive regional procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

As an individual contributor, you will handle end-to-end P2P processes, contract negotiations, and vendor performance reviews. You should hold a Bachelor's degree and strong English, with the ability to work independently in a matrix organization

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Focus on managing the Workplace Services category and ensure smooth operations.
Build category intelligence with deep-dive sourcing analysis.
Drive RFPs, select suppliers, and resolve purchasing issues.
Provide end-to-end procurement support including P2P and contract execution.
Develop vendor pool and conduct supplier performance reviews.
Drive efficiency by creating contract frameworks and rate cards.
Establish partnerships with business stakeholders and understand supported units.
