Job summary

ByteDance Singapore is seeking a highly motivated Procurement Specialist to manage the general services category and regional procurement strategies across APAC. This role focuses on Workplace Services and end-to-end procurement support in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with stakeholders to drive RFPs, select suppliers, and negotiate contracts while developing a strong vendor pool and pursuing process improvements. This position is based in Singapore in a regular employment setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Business-level English proficiency to collaborate with APAC stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail.
• Fast learner with adaptability in a fast-changing, matrix environment.
• Strong logical and creative thinking with the ability to challenge status quo.
• Excellent communication to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Focus on managing the Workplace Services category for smooth operations.
• Build category intelligence by sourcing analysis and market insights.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive RFPs and select suppliers.
• Provide end-to-end procurement support including PR-Contract-PO-Payment.
• Develop a qualified vendor pool and manage supplier performance (annual reviews, rate renegotiations).
• Drive procurement efficiency by creating contract frameworks, rate cards and catalog management.
• Establish constructive partnerships with key business stakeholders and understand supported business units.
