Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years IT procurement experience with supplier management.
• Self-motivated and able to proactively identify issues in IT procurement.
• Mandarin proficiency required to liaise with stakeholders in Mainland China.
• International IT procurement project experience or multinationals preferred.
• Certifications in procurement or project management preferred (CPSM, CIPS, or PMP).

Responsibilities

• Search for and integrate IT supplier resources (software, hardware, data services).
• Establish data-driven procurement analysis and identify optimization points.
• Develop region/global procurement strategies for sourcing and delivery management.
• Promote cost optimization while ensuring compliance through supplier negotiations.
• Manage supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
