A leading management consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced Global Assistant Finance Director. In this role, you will lead financial policies, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and manage regional finance teams. Candidates must have over 10 years of finance & accounting experience, particularly in multinational environments, and strong expertise in budgeting and financial analysis. Working hours: 5 days | Office Hours

Salary: Up to $14,000 Basic + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance the Group’s global financial policies, systems, and controls.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, tax, treasury, and ROI management.
• Drive finance systems implementation and digital optimisation.
• Manage and develop regional finance teams; build a high-performance organisation.
• Partner with business leaders on pricing, investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Provide financial insights, dashboards, and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance & accounting within multinational or multi-entity environments.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, tax, treasury, financial analysis, and ROI.
• Experience in finance systems implementation, digitalisation, or process improvement is an advantage.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
