Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time, ensuring tax compliance.
• Create vendor records and perform due diligence, ensuring internal controls and cash flow optimization.
• Review and approve staff expense claims and reimbursements per policy.
• Retrieve and print bank payment advice as needed.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end bank reconciliations and ad-hoc projects.
