About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Executive to join our Finance team on a 5-month fixed-term contract. The role will support regional accounts payable operations across Singapore, the Philippines, and the Middle East, including invoice processing, vendor payments, expense claims, and reconciliations.

We welcome candidates who are available to join immediately or on short notice.

Key responsibilities

1. Accounts Payable (AP) Management:

• Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with applicable GST/VAT/WHT regulations

• Create vendor records, perform basic due diligence, ensure compliance with internal controls and optimize payment strategies for cash flow efficiency

• Review and approve staff expense claims and reimbursements in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies

• Support the retrieval and printing of bank payment advice from the bank portal

1. Reconciliation & Accounting:

• Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate payables accounting

• Assist with month-end bank reconciliations

• Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related roles, preferably in multinational corporations (MNC) or shared services centers (SSC)

• Strong knowledge of GST/VAT, WHT, AP processes, and relevant regulations in Singapore, the Philippines, and the Middle East

• Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems

• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
