Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a contract Accounts Payable Assistant for 3–6 months. Location is Gul Crescent with a 8:30–17:30 workday, Monday to Friday. You will process supplier invoices, manage payments, and handle SAP-based vendor onboarding and reconciliations.

The role requires accurate AP processing, journal entries, and weekly cash flow preparation, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices up to date into the accounting system.
• Prompt payment processing.
• Process monthly Corporate Credit Card expenditure and employee claims.
• Register new vendors in SAP and liaise with suppliers on outstanding accounts and inquiries; reconcile statements.
• Prepare journal voucher and ensure timely closing of accounts payable.
• Monitor petty cash, bank reconciliation and related issues.
• Prepare weekly cash flow.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
