Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of Accounts Payable experience; fresh diploma holders encouraged for Associate/Assistant level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a strong advantage.
• Meticulous, highly organized with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process trade and non-trade supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with suppliers on invoice, payment, and statement queries; follow up on missing documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve supplier-related issues.
• Assist finance team with AP month-end closing processes.
