A financial services company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional on a 6-month contract. You will be responsible for processing high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper approvals, and reconciling vendor statements. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, strong ERP systems knowledge, and excellent communication skills. This role requires high attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2-4 years of proven experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Verify invoice details and ensure correct approvals and GL coding.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
