Job summary

Dimerco Express Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a motivated professional to manage and execute air export shipment bookings, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure readiness and on-time delivery. You will prepare documentation, provide status updates, process cost approvals and GST billing, and maintain excellent customer service and timely responses in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The ideal candidate has a diploma in Logistics or related field, 1–2 years' air freight

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in air freight customer service, air export, co-loading, freight forwarding, or related logistics functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good understanding of air freight operations and shipment documentation will be an advantage.
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude and strong sense of accountability.
• Able to multitask, prioritise workload, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow‑up skills.
• Detail‑oriented with good analytical and problem‑solving abilities to resolve shipment issues efficiently.
• Good coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal departments, overseas offices, and external service providers.
• A team player who is adaptable, responsible, and able to work independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute air export shipment bookings.
• Coordinate with both customers and internal stakeholders to ensure shipment readiness and adherence to delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process all required documentation, including invoices, reports, permits, and Airway Bills, in an accurate and timely manner.
• Provide flight details promptly and keep customers updated on freight status and delivery progress.
• Ensure timely submission of cost approvals, GST billing, and payment collection.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties and assignments as assigned by Management.
