You will coordinate international air export and import bookings, liaise with corporate clients and internal teams, handle freight documentation and billing, and provide timely updates on transit progress to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating international air export/import cargo bookings.
• Liaise between corporate clients and internal teams to ensure shipment readiness.
• Handle freight documentation and billing administration.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate international air export and import cargo bookings.
• Provide timely status updates and confirmations to clients.
• Process freight documentation, including AWBs, invoices, and customs permits.
• Manage GST billing and payment coordination.
