Morrison Express is seeking an Air Export Customer Service Officer in Singapore to manage end-to-end air export shipments and coordinate with customers, airlines, overseas agents, and internal teams for seamless operations and service excellence.

You will handle bookings, documentation, regulatory compliance, and proactive shipment updates while addressing issues promptly. Attention to detail and strong customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in air freight forwarding, export operations, or logistics customer service.
• Strong knowledge of air export procedures and documentation.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage air export bookings and shipment coordination with customers, airlines, truckers, and warehouses.
• Ensure compliance with customer SOPs, IATA regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
• Prepare, review, and submit export documentation and permit declarations accurately and on time.
• Monitor shipment milestones, flight schedules, and cargo cut-off times to ensure timely movement.
• Provide proactive shipment updates and respond promptly to customer enquiries.
• Resolve operational issues such as shipment delays, rollovers, and documentation discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, reporting, and system updates.
• Support invoicing and cost control processes.
