Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced logistics professional to manage end-to-end air freight import shipments in Singapore.

You will coordinate with customers, overseas stations, airlines, terminals and transport partners to ensure smooth shipment operations and timely updates. You will handle customer enquiries and operational issues, manage documentation and billing, and support special cargo such as pharmaceutical cold chain and valuable cargo while maintaining compliance with

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in air freight, freight forwarding, import/export operations or logistics customer service.
• Strong customer service, coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field; relevant working experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end air freight import shipments from origin to final delivery in Singapore.
