Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain satisfactory service levels.
• Coordinate daily warehouse inbound and outbound operations with customers, warehouse teams, and vendors.
• Monitor order fulfilment, shipment status and operational activities, and provide timely updates to customers.
• Prepare reports and verify documentation, including invoicing and billing information.
• Support new customer onboarding and improvement initiatives.
