J&T Express Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales Account Manager to join our supportive sales team. You will manage cross-border and domestic opportunities, build strong relationships with merchants, and help grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager.
• Experience in ecommerce logistics and cross-border ecommerce is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ecommerce/international logistics or parcels is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Account Retention: Ensure business retention of existing cross-border accounts and pursue deeper penetration.
• Account Retention: Monitor shipping trends, volume, and revenue sustainability for key accounts.
• Account Retention: Provide updates to management on sales performance and improvement areas.
• Account Retention: Negotiate contractual rates with clients to maintain business retention.
• Account Retention: Maintain positive relationships with merchants as the main touchpoint and resolve issues promptly.
• Account Development: Source new opportunities and cross-sell product mix (Import & Export).
• Account Development: Handle all incoming domestic and international delivery leads.
• Account Development: Develop domestic and international inbound and outbound leads diligently.
• Account Development: Build a sustainable pipeline with 20% strength vs plan.
• Account Development: Provide weekly updates on pipeline and opportunities.
• Account Development: Report weekly activities with clients (visits, calls, meetings).
• Account Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address client issues.
• Account Development: Deliver ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
